Looking for Remote Investor Friendly GC

Hello - looking to establish relationships with successful GC's that know how to work with out of state investors.  This includes walking property and collaborating on SOW and providing cost estimates.  Prefer someone that knows how to save money on projects by reusing salvageable material and/or parts.  Should also be creative for complex and/or "weird" requirements.  Must be honest, reliable, and willing to communicate via phone, video call, and text, up to several times a week during project.   I am working with an RE agent in Columbus currently and have various projects in mind.
