Looking for Connections
Hey everyone! I've recently started my RE journey in Tampa, FL and I work with a team of investors in Baltimore, MD who are looking for RE opportunities in the Tampa area. Looking for connections in the area to work with for our next project.

I currently live in California but I'm from Florida. I've been checking out the Tampa area. It seems like a great place for rental property. I build custom homes here but I'm thinking of getting my license in Florida too. They probably need builders after the hurricane but I'm, mostly, looking for somewhere cheaper to invest. I want multifamily or to build new homes. I've built spec homes here and I would consider that too.
My intention is to get something going there over the next couple years and then transition to Florida. I'd like to look into investment properties as an investor but also as a builder. Give me a call and we can chat.
