Hello! Looking to network to get a solid understanding of rehab costs in San Bernardino County CA. Would love to connect with investor friendly contractor and agents! Have some capital lined up for my first deal but the last piece of the puzzle needed is the cost of rehab!

Hey Jorge, nice to meet you! I'm a local agent based out of Riverside and currently reside in Redlands. I have flipped a few houses myself the last few years and could lend some advice and guidance to you. Would love the chance to chat further.

Unrelated to this post but.. Nice logo man. The orange and bell look great.

I would highly recommend reaching out to Walid Milad with WM Real Estate Group. He is a very proficient agent, but also a loan officer and has experience and deep connections with renovations. Knowledgeable about flips and real estate investing as well. Has a varied skillset that can serve you well.

@Jorge Herrera make sure you have a good lender in your pocket. There are fix and flip specific loans that can help you leverage your cash. As far as contractors, if you have a good one, please share. They are very hard to find.

Hey Jorge, I'm an investor friendly agent serving the Inland Empire. I've fostered a few deals out in San Bernardino who've done fix-and-flips and BRRRRs. If you need an agent, feel free to message me!
