warzones

im looking for private funding to fix up properties in war-zones all over the country. alot of investors prefer not to invest in war-zones due to the risk involved with tenants. i believe that is a very wrong assumption especially in today's economy. the quality of tenant in a section 8 property is up just for the simple fact that some of these people know how it is to lose there jobs and the last thing they will like to lose is the home as well so any rules they have to follow to keep their apartment are more likely to be followed, i propose strict rules that the tenants must honor with risk of eviction and security forfeit. in regards to security and crime there are very cheap ways nowadays to help ease the mind of anyone living in the property or owning the property. im only 26 but i know my stuff when it comes to this business and i know war-zones are excellent investments if managed correctly and a stiff chin.
