WE HAVE CODE VIOLATION LEADS AVAILABLE IN MANY AREAS!

Code violation leads generally reflect situations where someone has made a complaint regarding a property. It could be for trash and debris scattered throughout the property, damages to the house, high weeds and grass, junk vehicles, squatters, rats, board/secure and many other reasons. Bottom line is someone is fed up, tired of looking at it and has reported it.

Some properties you will find are vacant. Others are occupied. Some reflect renters trashing the property. Others are owner occupied that are neglecting their own property. We've found that in most areas where we offer these leads that a decent portion of the code violation leads should also reflect absentee owners.
