Put me to work on Maui
Aloha, I’m a carpenter here on Maui with an interest in investing in real estate on the “mainland”. I would like to develop a side hustle to generate income to put towards an investment portfolio while gaining experience in the real estate world.
As a budding out-of-state investor I am quickly recognizing the value of “on the ground” local help. I also recognize the cost that hiring a professional can bring with it.
Driving for dollars, taking photos, investigating repairs and very small projects are a few things I hope to provide.
I work a full time job as a residential construction foreman and therefore only have nights and weekends available. I typically work in the Wailea/Kihei area and live in Kula. I would be most helpful in Wailea, Kihei, Central Maui, Pukalani, Haiku, and Kula.
