Opportunity Zone Specializing Attorneys

Hi all,

This is my first time posting. I am trying to set up an opportunity zone fund LLC and an opportunity zone business LLC. Does anyone have experience setting these up with an attorney who specializes in OZ? I would love to hear first-hand experiences. From my research, setting these up seems to be pretty straightforward but following the compliance in terms of managing the funds seems to require some guidance. What do you all think? Any attorneys that you can refer? Does anyone have a good idea in price range? I talked to several, and the quotes are all over the place probably because the OZ program is pretty new.

Thanks!

Jinsoo
