Finding a Real Estate Attorney in GA

Hi!

I'm looking to network or connect with a Real Estate Attorney in or around the Metro Atlanta area in Georgia. I have a property in the Stone Mountain area that I manage/own along with four siblings. I'm looking into ways of acquiring the house from my siblings (adding/removing names from Title) and becoming the sole owner. Buying the house from them.

I'm interested in drawing up a contract for something like this, including some seller financing options. What I'm thinking is that I would use seller financing to pay them back with specific terms and then, with their names removed from Title, be able to refinance the house.

We own the house cash and currently rent it out through a local management company.

Looking for recommendations and maybe some experiences others may have in this regard.

Thank you!
