Asset Protection Attorney - Charlotte, NC
Hello. I am interested in setting up a Series LLC that will hold property in both OH and NC. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations of an attorney who is familiar with this structure and could help me set it up in the Charlotte, NC area. I’ve heard mixed things about these states not supporting a Series LLC so I’d be curious to learn more from a local. Please let me know. Thank you.
