Transfer sheriffs deed
I bought some land at the tax resale held at the court house. This land had already been to auction once and this was a resale because it was initially not sold. This land cannot be bought back by original owner as it has already been held for several years Due to not being sold at original auction. I have a buyer for the land but I have no idea how to redeed the land to this person as this was my first real estate purchase ever! I live in Texas. The property is just vacant land. I was given Sheriffs deed!
