Wholesale Friendly Attorneys in Raleigh or South Wake Cty NC

Hello,

I'm looking for a Real Estate Attorney in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina or Angier area of NC. I would like to find one that is wholesaler friendly and can assist me with a purchase contract, option contract and assignment agreement.

Preferences are the attorney has a good reputation and is reasonable in terms of fees and most important, responsive.

Also for Title Searching, does this have to be an attorney in NC? If not, how are others doing their title searches?

Does anyone have a contract you use that is in line with some of the clauses recommended by Vena Jones Cox?

Thanks for any help you can give,

Mike

    @Mike Wall

    I use Adams & Howell.  They have offices in Raleigh, Cary, Angier among other places.  Right now they are helping me with closing on a few I have under contract in Winterville, NC using assignment contract and it hasn't shown a problem.  I can't say whether or not every attorney in their offices knows how to do it, but I would think they'd be able to regardless.  The attorney I use is Michele Callaway.  She does travel to their different offices if you have a closing that's closer to another office, which is helpful.  Nothing but great things to say about them.  I've used a lot of attorneys (being a real estate agent) and they are always consistent, very communicative.
