Anyone know of an alternative to ProVision Wealth Tax advisors?

We are looking for a high end tax advisor that is extremely knowledgeable with rental real estate and retail businesses. ProVision is AMAZING but they want $20,000 up front to even start working with anyone (depending on their income). They know how to do cost segregation that doubles the depreciation deduction without having to upgrade anything in the unit. We need an accountant that knows how to do that.
