HST and Residential Rentals - Canada
To all the Canadian investors out there, has anyone come up with a creative and LEGAL solution to claim back the HST ITC's on expenses for residential real estate?
I've been a landlord for 7+ years and own over 120 properties, and this has been one issue that has bothered me from day 1. Just wondering if anyone's come up with a solution.
