I use Roger Truemper.  ( I used to use Ward and Taylor, and they were fine, but I prefer Roger if I had to compare the two)

I have worked with Roger Truemper and Mike Morton.  They are both awesome in their field and have excellent reputations in the bar and with the courts.

Roger does primarily transactional work and business formation.  He practices with Ed Tarlov and his team at Baird Mandalas.  Ed has been in the business forever and is one of the foremost authorities on real estate transactions in Delaware.  Roger is easily one of the nicest and most efficient attorneys I have worked with.

Mike has his own firm and focuses on landlord tenant issues and contract litigation.  He is the best in the business.  He routinely advises everyone from state officials, legislative bodies, real estate conglomerates and developers, to single family residential owners with just a couple of units.

I've also heard great things about Bill Dolan. However like @Glen Beringer I use Roger Truemper. He's been very solid for me on making closing pretty easy as well as advising on LLC matters.

I know personally that Bill Dolan and the Funk attorney's work directly with investors.  Morton is great for tenant issues, but is very expensive.  What type of investing are you looking to do?  You looking in the city of Wilmington or surrounding areas?
