Charlotte Area CPA Recommendations?

Currently trying to find a new CPA in the Charlotte / Rock Hill area. 

Does anyone have any recommendations? 

Would prefer someone who owns rental property themselves and/or has a lot of landlord clients. I may have already found a good fit, but would like to discuss with one or two more.

Will, in this day and age you don't need to have someone local, but I agree with you that one important criteria for you as real estate investor that the CPA would be owner or rentals as well. There are couple folks I can recommend who are here on BP but not local to you. They services some of my clients who are not local to them and are happy. Let me know if you want to explore this option.
