I am new to Real Estate investing and am looking for a knowledgable Real Estate Attorney/Tax professional. I am looking for someone with in depth knowledge of LLCs, Land Trusts and taxes.
An REI friend of mine in Charlotte uses Cathy Hunter @ Hunter & Chandler Law Group. I've had a couple of business dealings with her myself. I will say that she wasn't necessarily quick but was knowledgable and methodical. Which, depending on what your specific situation, may be what you're looking for.
Ritch Bonisa is there one in particular that you would recommend. I am a new investor with only one investment property right now but am looking to do one or two more this year so would like to create a relationship with someone that I can use for the years to come.
