Referrals for Partnership / Entity Lawyer (Bay Area, CA)

I need to create a partnership / operating agreement structure for a group of multifamily investors who will be buying CA property. Therefore, I'm looking for referrals for good attorneys who can help us create this agreement, and also advise us on entity structures. I did talk to one attorney in SF who seemed very knowledgable, but he is pretty expensive at $650/hr and we'd talk to a few people before selecting someone. Looking for someone ideally in the SF Bay Area CA, so its easier to meet in person, but we'd consider otherwise too. Thanks!
