Looking for a Real Estate/Tax Advisor or both in Fort Worth area.
My situation is that I have multiple businesses and multiple partners I want to be able to structure all companies correctly with the best asset protection and tax savings as possible. As well as advise with eviction advice and other types of legal issues that might arise.

For Asset protection - I'd suggest Atty Milt Colegrove in Plano area for doing the structure of your businesses... we have used him for Texas Series LLC for our rentals. But as for tax treatment you might try Don McCartney Arlington who has done RE deals himself for like 30 years, and he is also a CPA for about 25yrs.
