I have my 401k account and I would like to setup my QRA and I like to transfer the funds from my 401k to the QRA. Can the gurus help me and advise how I can setup this QRA account in the right way and how I can use the funds in QRA for the RE deals and grow my QRA faster then 401k account?

Gary, do you know what type of account you want? Typically, the choice is between an IRA and a Solo 401k (Solo 401k is designed for those who are self-employed but it is more flexible, cost-effective and give you more control). An enhanced version of SD IRA is what is known as Checkbook IRA. I suggest you speak with a professional to help you determine which option is the most beneficial for YOU.
