Hello everyone,

I am talking to a seller about taking over their property under the terms of a lease option but I want to make sure Im doing every thing on the up and up. I have heard their are many changes since the Dodd Frank laws went into effect.

Does anyone know of a good lawyer that can draw up a lease option contract for me here in NJ

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to lose this deal.

Thanks

Ric
