Looking at CPAs and attorneys specializing with foreign nationals

Dear BP members,

I am looking at partnering with any good and experienced CPAs and real estate attorneys that will be able to provide some form of a reseller agreement with my local Singapore company. My Singapore company will be facilitating investors here to invest in US Real Estate and we already have a couple of investors lined up in the next few weeks. 

The services again are:

1) CPAs
2) Real Estate Attorneys
3) Property Managers

I hope they will be well-versed with foreign nationals and foreign corporations and able to advised on the tax implications relating to the foreign nationals and corporations.
