Hey BP family,

I am in search of a good title company that is familiar with investor strategies, specifically wholesaling. Any recommendations in the Acworth, Canton, Kennesaw, Woodstock or Marietta area?

I am also looking for a good real estate attorney, separate from the title company, who I can consult regarding purchase and assignment contracts. Same geography as stated above.
