I am currently trying to get my financial house in order before tax season. Looking to find a reliable tax accountant knowledgeable in the complexities of real estate taxes. Grateful for and advice or referrals.

Hey Adam, I have a good accountant but he doesn't specialize in real estate. The NOLO book has helped me get things in order. It wasn't that complicated to figure out the Schedule E and get those numbers and documents to the accountant.
