What can I do with an abandoned car left in garage?

I recently purchased a duplex at my local court house auction. After purchase I went to take a look at my new baby and was surprised to find an old abandoned car left in the garage. 

Can I do what I want with the car or is there some sort of process to go through? I am assuming the car is part of the house and I get whatever's inside. Opinions?
