buying rental property under SDIRA / checkbook LLC

My husband & I have formed 2 LLCs in WY from our SDIRAs and are in the process of purchasing our 1st property in FL from there. I have some questions about the process and need a CPA who can handle our taxes, any suggestions? I was told that real estate is the best way to invest in SDIRA. can anyone enlighten me please.
