Installing EV Charging station???

When filing my 2022 taxes I noticed there's a tax credit for having an EV charging station on your property. I have an investment property that is getting a brand new (full house) electrical system. I can easily add in the 220/240v wires to put in an EV charging unit. My questions are: What is the current tax credit? (I understand that things may change by the end of 2023) How much would this increase the property value? (Specifically in the BRRRR Model) Is there a way of profiting on the installation? (ie. Install for $800 and tax credit is $1,000 => $200 profit)
