Does anyone have a landlord tenant lawyer in Oregon they would recommend? Doesn't have to be one who only does landlord tenant laws, but one that you feel is competent in the area.
I live in Bend, Oregon. But I am good with anyone in Oregon. Message me if you have a good referral!

I've been referred to Charlie Kovas here in Portland. He was recommended by a client's property manager as providing excellent help for landlords. Good luck.
