Has anyone every used LegalZoom to create an LLC for their Real-Estate business? If so what was your experience and would you recommend going that route for creating your LLC?

I have seen people use LegalZoom for many different legal items. What I have found is that it has worked for some people and many people it has not. The major issue with these services is that they are not customizable. That is what working with an attorney that specializes in this area does that these services do not. LegalZoom is good for what it is good for which is a cheap alternative to what some view as an expense. However, as is the case in much of life you do get what you pay for. So, if you are planning on scaling your business it might not be the best route.
