Hello! I own a small 12 unit complex in Chandler, AZ. Our LLC name is very similar to another AZ LLC. We received Summons for a Lawsuit incorrectly naming us as one of the defendants due to our similar LLC name. Does anyone have a real estate lawyer recommendation in Phoenix? We have nothing to do with the lawsuit (it's a condo HOA suing the developer) and are hoping to clear things up quickly and get our name off the lawsuit. Any recommendations would be great, thanks!
