Real estate partnership agreement

Hi folks,

Have you ever used the online resources for creating a real estate partnership agreement or is this something I should go to a real life lawyer to get drafted?  If you have used an online resource in the past, do you have any recommendations?  

What is the ballpark I should be paying a lawyer to draft a partnership agreement? 

Any advice in this area would be much appreciated!  Thanks
