STR property management contract

I have a portfolio of STRs that I self manage and I’ve recently gained interest from other in my market that are asking if I would also manage their properties. I’m pursuing the opportunity and integration should be straight forward but I need to draw up a formal contract for this service. I’m hoping someone wouldn’t mind sharing a contract template or can either help me think through what to cover on the contract or direct me to someone who can help. Any help is much appreciated!
