Can anyone reccomend a real-estate friendly CPA in Connecticut?

I have my first investment property as of last year and my current CPA isn't well versed in real-estate tax filing. Can anyone recommend a great real-estate tax preparer who has a reasonable minimum fee? Thank you, all the best BP community!
