Foreign Real Estate Investor needs Funding
I have bought two homes cash in Detroit for rentals that are doing well. I have flipped 2 homes and want to flip more to get enough to buy 2 more homes for rentals. I need funding to fix and flip 2 homes at once. I don't have a Social Security number so lenders are hesitant. I have a company LLC and have filed taxes since 2015. How can I get funding of 80,000 for 5 months? Nigel.
