Mortgage, insurance and LLC change

Need some help figuring this out bc I know people do it and get away with it.

If you buy a home, let's say as a vacation or 2nd home, but decide to Airbnb it most of the time. What's the plan and how do you change your insurance or transfer the property into an LLC? Will the bank care? Guessing they would when they find out you changed your insurance into a rental or business one. They may not necessarily know your house is now under a LLC though?

Honestly any advice and strategy on this topic would be greatly appreciated! Thx!
