HELOC in new york state

Hello,

I am trying to get a Heloc for a 4 unit in upstate NY. The only lender I can find is PEn Fed and I have been in the process with them for almost 12 weeks. They never respond to questions and take weeks to review any new document they request. The problem is I don’t have any other choice.

I tried banks that others listed here on BP: US bank, Trustco, TD bank. All said they aren’t doing them.

Any ideas out there? Thanks!
