Does anyone know any convenient Va 203k Lenders?

Looking to start HouseHacking/Brrr some larger properties with a my Va entitlement.

Does anyone know any lenders that specialize in this?

@Jeff Shumway is a lender with Paramount Residential Mortgage Group and a USAF Veteran. Would definitely recommend reaching out to him. He's based out of Tampa but PRMG is licensed in 48 states

What would the down payments be for the 203k then and lending requirements since there’s no va option on the table. Ball park?

Though you didn’t ask, I’m an over-sharer.

Currently I’m in a Va IRRRl from my primary residence out in Kansas. I’ll be moving somewhere in a years time. My spouse also will have a full VA entitlement.

We used mine for the primary residence and then refinanced at 2.75 in Dec for the irrrl. (Cause only way I’d get a better deal is an apocalypse, so that one might be on me, y’all)

Would you be interested in working with me on purchasing properties to creatively use dual spouse VA loans as wealth building? That’s my current tinkerings

@Finn Valjean III I'm just happy to help out people with the 203k.

Also, if you're interested in a VA renovation loan, it's not possible to do that at this moment because VA temporarily suspended VA Renovation loans.

You can only do FHA 203k, or Fannie Mae HomeStyle or Freddie Mac ChoiceRenovation loans. All of them require down payments.

I would recommend using the HUD FHA Lender List search on HUD.gov as well as the 203k Endorsement Summary Reports on HUD.gov.
