Need Real Estate Strategies

I just recently had a foreclosure in Feb of 2020, That's when the bank took ownership of the property it went through sheriff sale and the mortgage company took ownership. So as of Feb the believe the clocks begins in where I have to wait 2 years. Keep in mind all if this is behind me I now have a clean slate. I filed bankruptcy on all my debts which includes the house.

What I am looking for is answers to this question?  How do I build a new home to either live in it or keep it for about a year or two and sell it as a speck home. Since I am not able to qualify for a loan right now, I was thinking of starting a a new building business and build it through there, live in it for about 1 or 2 years until my waiting period is over and find some financing. Please let me know some ideas for all the pros out there?
