HELOC on Investment Property Question - DC, VA, MD

Hi all,

I just got off the phone with a Navy Federal Credit Union employee who told me the highest LTV allow on an investment property is 70%. Has anyone been able to receive a HELOC for higher than 70% LTV on an investment property?

If anyone is curious, they offer 95% LTV HELOC on a primary residence.

@Mary K.

Try PenFed. They let you go up to 80 LTV but you can't own more than 3 properties.
