I'm trying to Refinance a investment property that i purchased with hard money loan but the bank is asking me to change the deed title to my personal name and not on my companies LLC, which is currently on. Can someone explain to me please why is that ? And is it possible to just simply change the title over to my name to get the loan and have it changed back right after we close on the refinance ?

I currently have the property under contract to lease to a family that’s the reason i am trying to do the refinance.

Help will be much appreciated!!

Yes, you can do this.  The reason it is required is because you can’t get a conventional (Fannie) Loan in an entity name.  Also, Fannie Does allow you to transfer to a single member llc after the loan is originated....no due on sale issues.
