 I started with "Nothing Down: How to Buy Real Estate With Little or No Money Down" – 1984

By Robert G. Allen and it has made me, well, let's just say I've done very well as a result. On sale for $1.99 by the way (I still use a lot of the same concepts today)

I also bought - Excellent Material - Still use these concepts as well
