Does anyone have any experience with Rehab Financial Group based out of PA? 

They offer a HML for 100% on rehab and purchase up to 65% of ARV on a flip. Wondering is someone has any experience with them.

@Kevin Nichols You have to fall into their parameters just like any lender, but they're legitimate. They also do a harder dig on your financials as they're not trying to lend the high leverage to just anyone.
