Cash offer with no cash??
Have my eyes on a lot of land that will definitely be bought cash. I have about 1/3 of asking price but will easily be able to qualify for the financing.
Question-is there a way to borrow the cash to acquire land and then refinance next day? Would I be able to pay $10k for this?
