College house hacking
I have a couple houses I been looking at for a while and I know I want to seller financial the deal and I want to get in contact with the owner because I don't want to get through a agent who will maybe not make any Commission from the sale and may not fight as hard. I want to know any process or even a letter I can send out . I'm looking at houses in the Tampa , Palm beach , Tallahassee. I'm transferring to my four year and I'm going house hacking , not paying for no dorms .. The help will be greatly appreciated .....
