Business checking account terminology

So what is the correct terminology when opening a business checking account when asked what I do? When I answered "Real Estate Investments", it raised a red flag, and it goes to the Legal Dept. for review. I never had this before in days past when I had business checking. The banker indicated that due to a new rule a few years ago, and money laundering, the restrictions and red tape are immense. Any suggestions on terminology for what my "job" is when opening a business checking account?

@Sheryl Griffin it's your right to find a different bank. There are 15,000 of them in the US.  If this bank is being this difficult then go elsewhere. The bank's response here sounds like a national bank but I could be wrong.  Plenty of other banks would love to have your business.
