Need help on private loan
Hello,
My friend will be lending me about 30k on a short term basis for a rehab (6months/no interest or maybe some), and I offered him a security on my house (1st position lien).
My question is, exactly what forms/contracts do I need to put together, in order to record this at the clerks office.
