Owner financing with mortgage that is still in place
Hello All
If you have mortage in Texas that is less than the property value, can you owner finance that property to someone else while maintaining that mortgage. If so, can someone recommend a tittle company?

In that circumstance, you would have two options, sub2 (buying property and keeping existing mortgage in place) or doing a wrap.
