Anyone have experience crafting contracts between money partners?

Hi all, I am an investor (currently have several duplexes in OH) and am attempting to begin scaling into larger multifamily 4+ unit buildings. I have several people lined up who would be interested in teaming up with me to provide down payments for larger purchases, but I am unsure what these type of contracts between myself and the party providing down payment, look like. Does anyone have experience or templates of contracts they have utilized in the past for these situations? Also, does anyone have insight/experience building pitch decks (or templates) of current portfolios that are utilized for presentations to prospective investors? Thanks!
