Hi I want to make an offer to a seller but can’t find an attorney that knows the ins and outs of subject to or wraps. Can anyone recommend an attorney to me for the Bergen County NJ area?

Maybe find a local real estate investment club in your area and ask others who they have been using to close deals. You could also call Attorney's in your area and interview them and ask them questions such as have you done lease options, have you done a wrap, have you done a subject to. If they say no to lease option no sense in continuing the conversation since this is the simplest of the bunch.

@Janille Jackson that's a good suggestion above. I would also add that reaching out to some local real estate groups would help. There are some that will post on the Bigger Pockets market place but you'll find tons of them on Facebook. Just search things like "New JerseyReal Estate Investor Group" or something like that. Some of those groups have tens of thousands of members. You should have plenty of references to some there. I would also suggest to start networking with some in your area as well. Many of them will meet in person and you never know who would will meet or learn at these groups. Meetup.com is a great place for those as well.
