HELOC for Down Payment on a Seller Financing
I have 3 rentals with over 400k in equity… I’m stuck because my current mortgage on my house at 6% is high for what I show on income.
Can I get a HELOC to to cover the down payment for a seller financing property, then rehab and refinance… if the numbers make sense of course? Is there a better way to approach this?
