Looking for hard money lender.

I have always financed my own properties, but I couldn't pass up this deal, and will need hard money to follow through with it.


I can realistically put about 10-15,000 down.

Purchase price of $58,600

Repairs of $10,000

ARV of $115,000

I am in the South Florida area.
